MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER'S CHECKS, COMPANY CHECKS, AND PERSONAL CHECKS

Chimera Hobby Shop, Inc. Shop, Inc also accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 14 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Chimera Hobby Shop, Inc. Shop, Inc cannot guarantee the availability of a Product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Shipping in the Continental United States will be done via UPS Ground delivery. Cost for such shipping is a flat $4 per order shipped.

Delivery time is an average of five to ten (5-10) business days.  If a faster delivery time is required next-day, two-day, and three-day select options are available for an additional shipping fee.

SALES TAX

Chimera Hobby Shop, Inc. Shop, Inc. is located in the state of Wisconsin and is only obligated to withhold 5% sales tax for delivery within the state. If you live outside of Wisconsin, you are responsible for sales/use tax within your home state.

RETAIL RETURNS

All return requests shall be made directly to Chimera Hobby Shop, Inc. Shop, Inc. All return decisions shall be at the discretion of Chimera Hobby Shop, Inc. Shop, Inc management, whose decisions will be final. Upon receiving, if products are defective (i.e. missing pages, missing items, printing errors, etc.) then contact Chimera Hobby Shop, Inc. Shop, Inc. Every effort will be made to get a replacement item to you.  If the shipping box is damaged during shipping, inform the delivery person you wish to inspect the contents before accepting the shipment. If the contents are undamaged and complete accept the shipment.  If the contents are damaged or items are missing tell the delivery person.  Then contact Chimera Hobby Shop, Inc. Shop, Inc.  We will file a claim with UPS and reship the replacement product with no additional charges
